Eric M. Block ,DMD, CAGS, FICOI
Dr. Eric Block was born and raised in Andover, Massachusetts where his father practiced dentistry for many years. He graduated with a degree in psychology from Tulane University where he played on Tulane’s Division 1 tennis team. During this period he spent his summers as the director of the Andover Tennis Academy, teaching both children and adults.
Following his graduation from Tulane he attended Nova Southeastern College of Dental Medicine in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, graduating with a DMD degree in 2002. After graduation he received a perfect score on his Northeast Regional Board Dental licensing exam.
Dr. Block then attended the Boston University School of Graduate Dentistry where he completed a two year Dental Implantology residency. He is one of a select group of dentists who have been trained in both the latest surgical and restorative phases of dental implants.
Dr. Block is highly experienced with the latest 3-D technology and computer guided implant planning techniques. He is a former instructor at the Boston University School of Dentistry Department of Implantology.
He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Massachusetts Dental Society, and is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists,
Dr. Block enjoys living in Acton and spending time with his wife Sooann and his daughter Charlotte. He is available for consultations and second opinions on all phases of restorative dentistry especially in the field of dental implants and cosmetic dentistry.
